I fell pregnant with my first in March this year, but found out at my 10 week scan the baby had no heartbeat and had stopped growing around 8 weeks. This was very hard to process as I had no physical loss symptoms - they call this a "missed miscarriage". I did however naturaly start to lose the following day. It was a super super painful physically and obviously San emotional experience.
