Cleaning piercings

What are some good ways to clean a nipple piercing? I looked online and it said a salt water solution and hand soap which I do now and I also apply a tiny bit of triple antibiotic ointment, twice a day. I also let them soak in salt water for a minute or so then rotate and move them a little bit. Any other good ways to clean them? Dos and donts ? Thank you !
