I'm confused??

My progesterone result came back at 56.3. The test was taken to see if i ovulated. Is this good or bad?

According to this article, anything greater than 3 means you ovulated and some doctors say that a number over 10 is a great indication. http://txfertility.com/progesterone-levels/
