When would Braxton Hicks contractions start?

Im just wondering what week any Braxton Hicks contractions would start and what do they feel like?

With my first pregnancy I had 0 Braxton hicks so be aware that not every woman has them and it's perfectly fine

I read the average is 20 weeks but they can start earlier. Most aren't painful, but some of mine are. My doctor said it's because I'm carrying really low and my baby's head is on my cervix. Others are just uncomfortable. I usually feel them the most when I've been standing or walking for awhile. With my first baby, I didn't have them until later into the pregnancy.

Mine started around 24 weeks, but this is my second so they say they start earlier.. I'm almost 30 weeks now and still get them, especially when i don't drink enough water.

They can start as early as 20 weeks pregnant. Most women pregnant with there second child can notice it earlier the someone with their first.

And they just feel like I tighten sensation in your tummy. It doesnt hurt it just catches you by surprise. But if you like press down on it it should be hard and they should go away in a few seconds

Mine started around 27 weeks... I thought it was just the baby at first... Then I realised that everywhere I touched was rock hard... definitely not the baby! Doesn't hurt, can feel a little tight but goes away quickly X
