When to use donor sperm

So last month I got two "High" ovulation results before a "Peak" on day 13 and we've ordered donor sperm and its here. This time tho I'm on day 13 and still getting "High" results (for last 4 days). Should we wait for the "Peak" to appear? The glow app says my most fertile day has already passed. I know I definitely have an egg this cycle as I had an ultrasound at the clinic this week. We're so confused but frightened if we use sperm tonight we'll be too early and it'll be wasted.
