HELP!!!

Ok so last night I've been having some really bad pelvic pain that tends to move, and then this morning I was on the verge of passing out the room was spinning like everything in the room was spinning then went black I don't know if I blacked out. Is this normal I'm only 7 weeks today I swear in my first pregnancy I don't remember having these problems. But I needs some help.
