So my sister snuck out with a guy last night. She's 16/he's 20 and they got caught. She was charged with a curfew violation and was wondering what's going to happen when she's in court. Could y'all offer some in sight? He was charged with solicitation of a minor even though they didn't do anything of that nature. Is she gonna have to go to court with him as well? He had warrant out for his arrest because he missed a court date before also but they were pulled over for a busted tail light. We're from Arkansas if that helps.
