Tattoos during pregnancy!?

I got a tattoo when i was 6 weeks and im 13wks now is it okay to get them during pregnancy??

It's not recommended, because your immune system is lower when pregnant but if you didn't know you were pregnant than don't feel bad. Don't get any more till after baby.

Most tattoo parlors wont even work on you if you tell them you're pregnant.  Not a good idea until after birth.

I got a piercing around the time I conceived. Cleaned it religiously. I found out I was pregnant in early June and panicked, but my doctor said he wouldn't worry about it. That said, I would not get a new piercing or tattoo now because of the risk of infection.

They told me know because your blood sugar dropping / body going into shock affects the baby.

I had an appointment booked to get my head tattooed about 3 weeks after I found out I was pregnant. My tattoo artist said I should cancel because of lowered immune system. She also said any stress that I feel stresses baby and I definitely tense up the whole time I'm being worked on. I've also heard your skin heals differently when pregnant and the ink might not stick as well as at would normally. But I wouldn't worry about anything done befor you knew :)

It's fine if you already did, mainly there's just an increased risk of infection during the healing process, which is why reputable artists won't work on pregnant women. 
Don't worry about the one you just got, but hold off on new ink or touch ups till after birth.
