Plug ducts
Hey everyone. Just wanted to put this out there and see what works for everyone else. What are some ways that worked for you to unplug a duct! I have tried the massaging and hot compresses but nothing really seems to work let me know what your thoughts are! Also wondering what some ppl do to increase nilk production. Thanks in advance moms!
