Doctors tomorrow

I skipped my whole period last month. Had spotting light pink/brown July20th ( 5 days before my period was due) and continued to have nasty brown discharge until July 23rd . Af hasn't shown her face since June 20th. I'm so confused on what's going on . 3 hpts all BFN .
