Please help I'm so confused!

Last night, I stood up and had a watery trickle down my legs. Water kept coming out every few minutes in squirts so after an hour I had to change my soaked pad. Throughout the night, I kept squirting but not enough to change my pad. The last two squirts were mixed with clear mucous . Nearly 12 hours have passed and I have no contractions, and the water squirts seemed to slow down significantly..but still occurs.

Is this my water breaking or could this just be super watery discharge? Did anyone get super watery discharge like what I'm explaining? I'm just so fed up with these false alarms!

*38 weeks, mucous plug came out last week, liquid smells like urine mixed with sperm.
