Woke up this morning around 5:15am with pretty uncomfortable contractions... Pain in my back that radiates across my abdomen like period cramps with belly tightening. This continued until about 7:30am when I fell back to sleep. Woke up at 9:45am to a hard contraction that made me have to poop... Fell back asleep till noon. I have had more Braxton Hicks like contractions... Less painful but still contracting... So sick of false labor!!!
