Advice please

So my stomach has clearly dropped drastically. My cm has increased drastically as well. I've been cleaning and organizing non stop and now when I use the bathroom number 2 it's very easy coming out which is not normal. I'm 31 weeks and 2 days but my past I had birth at 24 weeks. Is this a sign baby is coming?
