Almost 18 weeks and still no cravings?
All I've been doing is ruling out foods that don't make me gag. I'm never ever hungry but I have been forcing in at least 3 meals a day. For about 3 weeks I found out I could eat sandwiches without being disgusted, but then at week 17 she stopped wanting them. I get muscle aches and a fever if I eat anything room temp or hot foods. I can't have anything with sugar or I throw up immediately. The only time I don't become bed ridden miserable is if it is a raw veggie, raw fruit, or something cold like yogurt(but it can't be flavored or have sugar and absolutely no vegetable dips).
Even food I LOVE like california sushi rolls, I can take a bite and it instantly tastes like I'm chewing a rubber band. I so much as thought about getting a pizza the other day, and I was so turned off I couldn't even eat the salad I wound up buying. I'm making sure to take vitamins and gulp down a protein shake, I'm just so confused about my taste buds and body 😣😣😣
My next midwife appt is a week and half out, I'm gonna ask if there's anything I can do, I'm getting more and more discouraged each day becuz eating has become this forced chore. I envy all you out there eating pizza right now 😭😭😭.
