Wet spots in underwear?

I keep sitting on the couch and feeling kinda like I did when I would have my period. And then my underwear has wet spots. I can't tell if it's discharge or water leaking (or peeing lol). Any tips? I'm 38w1d...trying to avoid a random hospital visit if it's nothing

Put a pad on and lay on your left side. If it is wet after an hour definitely go in. If you still have a lingering feeling after the hour and it's not wet, go get checked out. My water leaked all weekend with my first and the test they do at the hospital came back negative. But when I went to the doctor that Monday my water broke during a membrane sweep. Even if you just go on for peace of mind it'll make you feel better to know one way or another.
