Alright so me and my boyfriend are a little less than two years apart hes 18, im 16. My mom told me that she doesnt want me to be sexually active and that if I have sex and she finds out she will press charges or if I end up pregnant. I looked it up and it says if we're 2 years or less that charges can't be pressed. Also its consentual so I dont see how she could do that? Anyways I need as much info as I can get because we're both worried about getting in trouble, we live in arizona.
