I vomited early this morning around 445am.  Sucked, but not the end of the world.  Now all day I've been really dizzy, and have had terrible sharp shooting pains in my back all up and down both sides at my rib cage, and in the front across under my boobs and down the sides of the front of my rib cage. it feels almost like trapped gas....but nothing has been helping.  38 weeks tomorrow and can't call my doc until tomm morning at 8am.  Any other ladies dealing with this?  It hurts no matter how I'm sitting, laying, standing, still very sharp almost constant pain.
