Why is it taking so long!

I was dumped in october last year but am STILL heartbroken!! I thought i was moving on etc, even tried to start a new relationship but my feelings just fucking SUCK. I wouldnt have my ex back if he came crawling back to me with a lifetime supply of chocolate and wine, so why why why am i so sad!?!

It's okay! It takes a while! You need closure and sitting there drinking wine and feasting on chocolate isn't going to make the process go any faster! Get out there, have fun with your girlfriends, buy new clothes, try new foods, watch new shows, pick up a hobby! 
Find things to clear your mind but don't block out the pain because that'll only make it stay longer. You need closure, you need to think, think about how you don't need him, how him not being in your life isn't going to kill you. How you can be better off without him. How you can find a better man than him. You can do it! We're all here for you.
