Small bumps on Baby? What are they?

Is there anything I can do to get rid of them or do they go away on their own?

They'll go away on their own. Putting breast milk on them a few times a day helps though

Baby acne, it's common. They will eventually go away. I wiped with a warm washcloth daily and applied breastmilk onto it and it went away in a week.
