I need advice plz help

Ok so I have pcos my husband and I have been trying for 2 years with no luck but this time I am 2 weeks late which is normal for me but I have been dizzy like really bad I am usually hot natured and now I get cold easily and I don't have an appetite and sorry tmi but bad upset stomach especially in the morning when I wake up and I can't get rid of a headache or the sniffles I need help plz
