I am eighteen. I wear a G bra. Waist of 38-42 depending on brand. I want a breast reduction but I have questions. How does scarring work? And would they be perkier??

Also, how do I get rid of arm flab 😭. My stomach doesn't bother me that much anymore but my arms make me so insecure I cry if I have to wear a tank top.
