Does anyone feel a sense of loss over finding out sex of baby?

I feel like I have been planning two different lives since the moment I found out I was pregnant at just 4 weeks. Now I am 16 weeks and have the date set for our ultrasound. I keep imagining both futures and how they will look in my home/life. But knowing that we are going to find out makes me feel sad that only one dream is going to come to fruition. The other will just be a dream. Does that make sense? Does anyone else feel this way? (I have had 6 dreams that it is a boy, and 2 dreams that it's a girl)
