Worried (tmi)

So like every Sunday me my boyfriend and kids go out to eat lunch after lunch we got home my back was hurting a little so I decided to take some Tylenol and take a nap I woke up to pee like an hour later and I saw that my pee looked dark and kinda red and my back is still hurting I've never had that happen before any idea why it could of been like that ? 17+2 weeks
