I get very emotional and angry before my period is about to start is this normal...

Oh heck yeah. One time like a day before my period started I was about to say goodnight over the phone to my boyfriend and then I just started crying because I was just thinking about how much I loved him 😂 I couldn't stop crying for like 20-30 mins lol. I just get overwhelmed with emotions so I totally feel you haha.

It's diffrent for everyone. Me and my best friend get suoer depressed and become like suoer bipolar. My sister becomes a total bitch and my youngest sister is the same mellow chick she just craves candy. I feel that when it comes to our bodies and anything that has to do with us as individuals it's diffrent. Ne and my best friend are the same but we are diffrent. She gest depressed and angry and I get depressed and hunrgy. So i wouldn't worry
