Trigger warning. Light bleeding? Cyst? Or normal?

I have three cyst on my right ovary and I am about 7 weeks pregnant. My last ultrasound showed the cyst and measured me 2 1/2 weeks behind. Yesterday I noticed I had light pink blood when I wiped but that was all. Today I experience the same thing except it was red, still small amount but that was it. Then nothing. No blood. So now I am noticing a very slight pain on my right side where my cyst are at. Has anyone experience anything like this? I am waiting for my midwife to call me.
