This is what I take. The prenatal is 6 per day- but it has the right calcium and a probiotic also. This bottle of DHA is currently a 45 day supply.. But I bought another bottle that is the XTRA version and I'll only need 1 pill a day so it will last 90. I only take 1 of everything else. All easy to take and no complaints. Cheapest I've found it was on Amazon.. A 60 day supply for 33ish dollars.

Thus is one of the brands I have heard recommended, and what I am taking (with a probiotic, because I have IBS). Later in the pregnancy I will add a Cal/Mag supplement and drink red raspberry leaf tea, but for now this is good for me. My doctor does have another brand she prefers, so when I'm done with these ill buy the ones she likes. But in my last two pregnancies Rainbow Light were one of the top ones my midwives recommended.
