Breakthrough Bleeding with Paragard IUD

Hi everyone! I'm 22 years old and have never been pregnant. I was on the Nuvaring for about 3 years until this February were I changed to the Paragard IUD because it's a lot more convenient for my lifestyle and its hormone free. I've been bleeding 5-10 days before my period and its not light spotting. It looks as if I had started my period but I get no cramps just bleeding once or twice for 2 days or so. A week later I get my period. I don't want to stop using the IUD because I really like it but I don't know if this is normal or not. I had been told that its normal to spot the first 3 months but its already been 5 and I'm starting to get worried. I was wondering if anyone has experienced something like this and if so, what did you do? Thank you!!
