The only things that helped me were to drink peppermint tea and keep grazing on plain foods like crackers and toast. Nothing creamy or heavy or spicy, just good old plain food start eating from when you get up in the morning

Hi ladies. I'm 6 weeks 4 days and I am suffering with sickness. I have constantly felt sick for the past few days I can't eat and enjoy anything and now when I stand I feel dizzy. Is there anything I could do? And advice you ladies have?
