I'm obsessed with all things peppermint I swear!! But I've been avoiding essential oils since finding out I was pregnant...! I do miss my peppermint though. Ugh I used to run foot baths with some in the water and it was pure heaven.

besides the fact that I put it in my bath and it clogged up my pores and made me break out, but otherwise yes!

Yes!  But once I get to about 35 weeks I'm going to stop using it (internally)since it can affect your milk flow...also love sucking on the peppermint life savers!

My mom and I sell essential and perfume oils, so I get all the oils I could imagine :) We make salves, incense, hard perfume, and candles. Mom is trying to figure out how to make soap next. I made a salve with a combination of peppermint and lavender that I use for almost everything. Eczema, headaches, sinus pressure, stress.. It smells awesome.
