Clomid.. Experiences please who got bfp or bfn?

Just had a doctors appointment and we discussed clomid depending on what blood test results say..
I have hypothyroidism on 50mg of levothyroxine a day.
What are your experiences on clomid? How do you take it? When do you take it? Did you get pregnant? Or still not yet pregnant? I'm only 28 😫

I'm 28 and on 125mg thyroxine.. Was diagnosed when I was 14!! Have 3 beautiful children but my husband and I are desperate for another!! Fell pregnant so quick with the others we didn't even need to "try".. This time it's 5 months of trying so far.. Really want to get clomid but when I went to the docs 2 months ago they said they wouldn't help until I'd been trying 9 months (usually 12 but coz of thyroid they'd step on at 9. I'm really disheartened and believe within my body I need that extra help! How did u go about getting them and how long have u been trying for? Xxx
