I'm a FTM and don't know how this hasn't occurred to me until now, but I really want to breast feed when baby is born and am lost on what birth control methods I can use. I've heard of breast feeding being a reliable source of bc for some, and I've also heard of women becoming pregnant mere months later while exclusively bf-ing. I've considered using ovulation charts, but when I got pregnant I was using the method and it just happened that I ovulated almost two weeks late lol Does anyone have any suggestions on a safe birth control or method to use while breast feeding?
