So I have my first appointment going to get paps smear and I'm really scared, I'm afraid the doctor is gonna judge me and I discharge a lot where my under wear is white on the vagina part, (sorry tmi) is there things I should be expecting or watch out for? Any tips? I'm super nervous and idk what to expect, help please lol ☹️ should I have my boyfriend go in with me?
