First period😭

So I'm 13 I started my first period the day before yesterday and just in this morning I have had a heavy flow and has gone through 2 pads is this normal?😁

Oh it's deff normal! Wait till your older and you use tampons! Sometimes (depends on the month) I go through half a box of 36 in a week!  But it's all normal and never really had a bad period (I'm 22) but goodluck to ya!

Yes this is very normal don't worry, it'll start to regulate as you get older
