Should I be worried
Hey ladies maybe yall can reassure me. I probably freaking out for nothing but I'm 32w 4d and I've been up all night throwing up and have diarrhea on top of being super dizzy. It's probably just food poisoning or the stomach bug but my heart burn and acid reflex has been awful as well. I read that it possibly could be dyspepsia as well?
