Starting to feel nauseous

So I'm 9dop and am now starting to feel nauseous. I had mild random cramp last week and all this on top of having major insomnia. Is it possible I am pregnant? I'm trying not to lose hope but after TTC for 3 years that has become difficult. I'm sure it is too soon to test. Honest opinions please.
