I'm only going to be 8 weeks tomorrow with baby number two but it seems as though I had a clogged milk duct? It happened before when my first was born but I didn't know it could happen so early in pregnancy, to elaborate I had a painful bump on my nipple that almost looked like a pimple so naturally I gently squeezed it and milk came out, it feels fine now besides being a little tender just wondering if anyone else had an experience like this??
