Medicaid and breast pump??

Who here was Medicaid and got a breast pump covered by them? Do they even do that? If so, what kind of pump was it?

I went through Aeroflow and got a Medela Pump In Style. It was a quick process and painless. They sent mine a month before my due date. But I'm using Amerigroup Medicaid in Georgia.

I have Medicaid and got a breast pump through my health plan. I had to sign up for a health plan, Molina of MI, and all I had to do was get a script from my dr. I called Molina and they told me which medical supplier to go to. I went to them and gave them my script and picked up my pump!

When I had straight Medicaid, Medicaid told me I had to submit a script AFTER the baby was born.

It def depends on the state so call your provider and ask. If they do you'll need to ask your OB for a prescription. Edge Park medical supply is quick and easy and they accept Medicaid plans and private plans.

I know Superior does give you an electric. If you have WIC they should offer you one too, they also have manual ones.

Oklahoma Medicaid won't. I had to buy mine.
