When should I check my temperature?

Think I'm ovulating, what should my temps be? And what should they be when pregnant etc?? Thanks :)

Everyone has different temp patterns. To accurately basal body temp track, you should be taking your temp every day through your whole cycle, so that when your temp spikes the day after you ovulate and then stays up, you can clearly see that shift in temp on your chart. Pregnancy temps aren't really a thing, basically the day after you ovulate the spot where the egg was turns into a cyst that produces progesterone, progesterone is known as a warming hormone, so this is why your temp jumps up, this little cyst keeps producing progesterone for 12-14 days, keeping your temp up higher then it was in the first half of your cycle, THEN within a couple day's before period is due your progesterone and in turn temp, starts falling, this then triggers your period. IF however your temp doesn't drop by the day of your expected  period, you could be pregnant. Also you may have a little dip in temp the day you ovulate, for example yesterday my temp was 36.47°c and i started having eggwhite CM, today it fell to 36.43 and i have a lot of EWCM, tomorrow there is a good chance my temp will spike marking today as ovulation day.
