Question

I worked an overnight shift last night and as soon as I got home I vomited and had diarrhea. Then I woke up an hour ago and really needed to vomit, so I ran to the bathroom but I also peed myself while throwing up lool and now I just threw up again for the 3rd time.

I should not have ate so much spicy food yesterday. Im dying over here 😨😵

I've found that I only vomit when I get extremely tired, try taking time off work (if you can), napping & getting to bed early - I'm still working on it but have definitely noticed a connection between how tired I am & vomiting, rather than what I've eaten... Xx

You could also try preggie pops

Try ginger. I take ginger caps and vit b12 and sometimes unisom. All safe for pregnancy. Feel better!
