Anybody doing control crying method?
My DD is 6 month and does not how to sleep on her own neither how to entretain herself. We are finding very energy consuming having to walk/rock her to sleeep and entretain her. I do not have time to do anything else and my husband is working.
Today is our first day (for oir second attempt - we tried a month ago)
My main questions is if by the time you are supposed to reassure, let's say at the first 5 minutes, she stops crying, do you still do the reassuring visit?
