Is this back labor?
My lower back has been aching all day long no matter what position I'm in and sometimes I can feel it in my hips but not all the time. I thought it was contractions but I'm noticing there's no real start and end. It's like a constant feeling. I'm too nervous to call labor and delivery cause I don't wanna be told it's early labor again. 39+5 today
