Should I take plan B?

Late taking my pill 4 hours Tuesday and Wednesday, had sex and he came inside me yesterday, 3 hours late taking my pill today. I've never been so irresponsible in my life I had taken my pills correctly for a year before this my phones alarm is messing up and will sometimes not tell me to take my pill! Got apps to compensate and set tons of alarms. I know I'm technically protected but I'm not sure what my chances are. On loestrin fe 1/20.
