No milk?!
I'm 6 days post partum and my boobs are not engored, not really painful, and I only get a drop or so of clear/semi milky liquid when hand expressing. My daughter lost a pound of weight in 24 hours so my pediatrician recommended supplementing with formula and to keep trying with breast feeding.....which she appears to be getting nothing from....
Anyone else in the same situation? I think I'm going to call the lactation consultant tomorrow....
