The last few days people have been bringing up my son's weight quite a bit. One coworker told me not to listen if his doctor calls him obese, and I was shocked. My doctor has never mentioned anything about his weight, just that he's being fed well. Then today, my niece had her open house for school and her teacher asked how old my son was. When I told her he is 15 weeks she just said, "wow! Don't worry, he'll stop gaining weight when he starts crawling around." I just wanted to scream that I'm not worried about him gaining weight and for her to mind her own business. He was born almost 9 pounds and at almost 4 months old is probably right at 18 pounds. He's sweet and chunky and my world and I am sick of people making me feel bad for feeding my kid! Sorry so ranty.
