Rectal bleeding while urinating-TMI

Sorry if TMI... But I'm worried!

I just went to the bathroom, and only peed. I looked in the toilet and it was bright red from blood. I'm 33 weeks pregnant, so I panicked. But when I wiped... Nothing. So then I wiped my butt, and got streaks of blood.

I know pregnant women are prone to hemroids, and I'd even gotten hemroids before being pregnant... But is it normal to bleed from there even if you didn't have a BM. No straining & nothing hurt... Just blood. TYIA!!
