Working out still?

Looking for advise from you fit mamas out there! Before I was pregnant (I'm only 10 weeks 2 days)  I could run 10K like its nothing, go to the gym and bang out an awesome session. Now.... I still have the energy to workout, but I feel like it takes 10x more the effort to get my legs to run and my breathing is heavier. I can get light weight strength training in but again I'm out of breath like I've never been before! I've always had a high heart rate while running (170-175) but I feel that is too high when I hit that rate now. 
Anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you over come?
