My bf and I are in college. He isnt lazy or not hard working its just he doesnt have a plan/goals. He has ideas but not a way to get there. I have goals and a plan and steps to accomplish. I have always been like this. It annoys me because i try to give my advice and its pointless. Is this just a personality difference? I know he will succeed but is so unsure if his plan. Is it that i am more motivated or what?
