TTC baby #1

I just finished my Lo Loestrin 10mg birth control pill on Friday. My husband and I are TTC baby #1. Friday night we had intercourse  now today I have notice pelvic cramping and thick discharge and heightened scences. I doubt that I am pregnant yet since I just finished my BC but I wanted to know if any one has had any of this. I really just want some real insight on what I should be doing to make getting pregnant easier and smoother. Any help is much appreciated.
