So, I am on Daysee (it's an extended-cycle combination pill, like Seasonique) and I went to take my pill and accidentally dropped it. Now I can't find it anywhere.

My husband and I had sex without a condom 3 days ago and I know that sperm can stay in your system for 3 days. Maybe I'm being paranoid, but we can't afford to have children right now.

The only info I can find about missing a pill is if you forget, not if you actually lose it. So what should I do?

Is it over the top to go ahead and take Plan B?
