Registry question?

About how many things did you put on your registry?  I feel like I may have gone overboard and don't want people to think I'm greedy.  I registered at Target and buy buy baby.

When I am shopping for other people and use their registry I never think they're greedy when there's lots of stuff, I just appreciate that I have plenty to choose from. Now, if everything on the registry is super expensive stuff that may be different?

I put everything! That way we get a discount for stuff we don't get. I was completely shocked at our wedding because we got so much stuff off of registry.

Huge registries have never offended me...the only thing that has offended me was when every item on the registry was $20+ or when it was a very small registry so if I'm late all that's left is the big ticket items and I can't shop off registry.

I'm having a sprinkle bc I'm having my 2nd baby  (different gender) and I registered at BRU, BBC, and target...but probably have 30 or fewer items on each...but that's ONLY bc I have ALL big stuff and most "medium" ticket items and really just need lots of essentials  (soap, hangers, safety nail clippers, etc)....I did register for clothing to give people fun options If they prefer sweet gifts over practical gifts

Don't worry about it....more selection doesn't seem greedy, what's more important is that you have lots of price points for people to chose from

I registered at babies r us, target, and Amazon. Babies r us I have about 120 on my list, target I have about 30 and Amazon about 60. I hope people don't think I'm greedy. I did it to give people options in all different budgets, also everything I want for my baby I registered for so I can purchase at a discount after.

I wouldn't worry about how many items are on a registry - just make sure there are things in a variety of price ranges. In some ways having more stuff on the list is better because it gives people some choice and means it's more likely they'll be able to find something in their budget. The only time I think badly of a registry is when everything on it is very expensive.

I registered for everything! For our wedding people bought our whole registry and I had to add more twice. So I have I lot this time with various price points.

I registered a multiple places and have put everything on the registries. Example: Walmart has the crib and dresser, target/babies r us has essentials/everything, Amazon has books. We are using the registries as a "personal list" so we know where to order everything and get the discounts/rewards for the registry. It also gives people plenty to pick from.

We registered at Babies R Us, and have 177 items on our registry. I put absolutely everything I could think of on there, including baby medicines, Dreft laundry detergent, diapers, etc. my reasons for going a little overboard were: registry completion coupon and handy online receipt for 2 years! I only expect to get about 20 things off of it, Husband and I are going to do a big shopping trip to complete it (well, get the basics)
